About GLP-1 Plate

Updated October 2026 · Based on FDA prescribing information and the 2025 joint nutrition advisory

GLP-1 Plate exists to answer one practical question for adults taking a GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 medicine: what should I eat now that my appetite has changed? It answers with sources, not hype.

How the content is built

Every number and recommendation on this site comes from public sources, and each page says which one:

Hospital resources such as Stanford Health Care or Cleveland Clinic are used only as secondary sources, and the page says so. Where the labels and the experts differ, or where a popular tip has no official source, the page says that too.

Labels change often. When a new label revision or a new edition of the Dietary Guidelines is published, the pages and the PDF are checked and updated.

What this site is not

GLP-1 Plate is an independent nutrition resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly and Company, the FDA, USDA or any medical society. It does not give medical advice, does not discuss doses, does not sell or recommend any medicine, compounded product or telehealth service, and makes no promise of weight loss. Your prescriber, pharmacist and registered dietitian are the people who know your situation.

Found a mistake?

People rely on these numbers. If something looks wrong or outdated, write to contact@synaris.fr and it will be checked against the source document and corrected.

Talk to your clinician Nothing on this site replaces your prescriber, pharmacist or registered dietitian. Follow your prescriber's instructions for your medication. The Zepbound and Wegovy labels and Medication Guides tell patients to contact their healthcare provider right away for severe stomach pain that will not go away, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea that does not go away, gallbladder signs such as upper stomach pain, fever, yellow skin or eyes, or clay-colored stools, and signs of low blood sugar or a serious allergic reaction.
